Align is our foundational class for every body and every level. We’ll set up your Reformer, walk you through the springs, and coach your form the whole way.

What to bring

Arrive a few minutes early to check in and get settled. Grip socks are required for every class — and sold right here in the studio if you need a pair. Bring your water jug and fill up at either of our two water stations, and wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes. While you're here, browse the retail wall for lululemon and studio merch — we'll help you find your cubby and your Reformer.
